The Downtown Specific Plan and Streetscape Master Plan boundaries include Holly Street to the north and Greenwood Avenue to the south.  El Camino Real serves as the Plan's eastern border and Walnut Street serves as the Plan's western border to the 800 block of Walnut, and then wraps behind Laurel Street on the western side all the way to Greenwood Avenue.
