Downtown Advisory Committee (DTAC)

To assist with the development of the Downtown Specific Plan, the City Council appointed the Downtown Advisory Committee (DTAC) on May 25, 2022, representing a broad range of interests within the study area.

Over the course of three years and 11 meetings, the DTAC reviewed project information, provided feedback and guidance on key topics, encouraged community participation, and worked to represent the diverse interests of the community throughout the planning process.

The City would like to thank the DTAC members for their time, thoughtful input, guidance, and advice, which helped shape the vision and direction of the Downtown Specific Plan through the conclusion of the project.
